I believe that everyone has a lens in which they see the world threw. Each of us has a unique lens, and that lens determines the meaning of everything that you encounter, people places, experiences and even simple objects.
Take a beer bottle for example: Let's say a Rolling Rock beer sitting out side, an artist/photographer may take a look at the bottle and see something green that is lit from the sides by some light, but it can be more than that , depending on our lens. An Ad executive may look at the bottle and see the center piece for a bill board.
My point being that each persons lens is unique because it is derived from a pacific experience or point of view, much like an artist, two artist can paint the exact same thing and each person's work can come out looking completely different. The reason being is because the way you see something is not going to be the same as the way someone else sees it. That's why 2 different painters or photographers can shoot the same object and come up with totally different looks of the same thing, because they each have there own perspective, ideas, and creative side to add to it.
